Dr China

Following the purchase of Dr China by Cobco 900 Capa have been instructed to negotiate suitable lease terms with the landlords of approximately 30 sites being retained.

Agreements have already been reached on more than half and with sensible leases on commercial rents. Plans are underway to expand the group and Capa are now looking at additional target towns.
